  • Yes. You’re welcome to share your Portal link and password with anyone on your team. Anyone with the link and password can access the Portal so please keep it secure and safe by only sharing with your team.

  • Browse through your full gallery and select the images you’d like to keep by clicking on them. You can select as many or as few as your package allows. Any images you don’t select will not be carried forward to final editing.

  • Click on any image to open it in the review viewer. From there you can mark images for revision, request removal, or add written notes — for example, requesting a colour adjustment, or object removal.

  • Yes. Your selections and notes are saved automatically. You can close the browser and return anytime to pick up where you left off — even from a different device.

  • Your photographer will receive your image selections and feedback, then begin working on the final edits for your chosen images. You’ll be notified once they’re ready for review via the review section in the portal.

  • Once submitted, your selections are locked in to allow your photographer to begin final editing. If you need to make changes, contact your photographer directly and they can reset your review if work hasn’t yet begun.

  • Log back into your portal using your original link and password. You’ll find your edited images ready for review in your review section of the portal via your dashboard. Browse through them and check that everything looks the way you expected

  • The number of revision rounds included depends on your agreement with your photographer. If you’re unsure, check with them directly regarding what’s covered in your package.

  • Yes. All images must be reviewed and approved before your final deliverables can be prepared. This ensures your photographer has full sign-off from you before producing the final high-resolution files. If there are images you’d like removed entirely, flag them during your review and leave a note for your photographer.

  • Once you’ve approved all images, your photographer will prepare the final high-resolution files for delivery. You’ll receive a notification when they’re available to download on your final deliverables page via your dashboard.

  • You’ll receive an email notification letting you know your finals are available. Simply log back in using your original link and password to view and download them.

  • Your final images are delivered as high-resolution files ready for use across print, web, and marketing materials. Your photographer will confirm the specific format and resolution for your project.

  • Once your finals are available, you’ll see a download option on your project page. Click to download and your files will be saved directly to your device.

  • Your files will remain available on the portal for an extended period, but we recommend downloading them at your earliest convenience. Contact your photographer if you need to confirm how long your files will be accessible.

  • Payment options are displayed on your final deliverables page. You can pay securely by credit card or via bank transfer — both options are clearly outlined with instructions.

  • Yes. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading global payment platform. Your card details are never stored on the portal.

  • Bank transfer details are provided on your final deliverables page. Once you’ve made the transfer, click the confirmation button on the page to notify your photographer. Your files will be released once the transfer has been verified.

  • If paying by card, access to your files is typically available immediately after payment. For bank transfers, your photographer will confirm receipt and release your files — this usually takes 1–3 business days and in most cases on the same day.

  • Yes. An invoice is available on your final deliverables page and can be downloaded or printed for your records at any time.

  • By purchasing your images, you are agreeing to the Image Usage Agreement. This outlines the terms and conditions for how the images may be used. We recommend reviewing this before completing your purchase. A link to the full Image Usage Agreement can be found at the bottom of the portal.

  • The portal is currently optimised for desktop and laptop browsers. For the best experience, we recommend accessing your project from a desktop or laptop computer. Mobile and tablet support is coming soon.

  • Contact your photographer directly and they’ll resend your access details.

  • If you experience any issues with the portal, reach out to your photographer and they’ll get it sorted for you promptly.
